Easy Return Policy
Some times you make a mistake and order the wrong item. We understand that. That's one reason why The Office connection offers an Easy Return Policy. Most items can be returned within 15 days as long as it is in the original packaging. The only exceptions are items that are stipulated as non-returnable items or special order items. If you have a problem, just let us know! We'll return the original item and order what you need.

History of The Office Connection As far back as he can remember, Dennis Pennington’s true ambition was to own his own business. With a degree in Marketing Management, Dennis has worked as a regional manager for overnight and express delivery services in the New England, Maryland, and Washington D. C. areas, and later with Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Sales and Claims. But in 1985 his opportunity finally came. Dennis researched the industry and found that the office supply business offered many of the things he was looking for, including the ability to provide a valuable service for companies ranging from big corporations to mom and pop stores, to walk-ins looking for a few quality supplies.
The Office Connection first opened its doors in Banco Industrial Park in Hahntown with, as Dennis likes to say “nothing on the books, no customers, absolutely nothing.” He started by typing up a little book of savings, worked aggressively on the pricing, and began to provide the best he could in quality, value, and service. His first employees were his mother and father-in-law, Anne and Dan Kapanak. Anne did the books and acted as receptionist, while Dan helped with delivery.
Soon The Office Connection had trucks with the company logo, uniformed drivers, and a 20% growth rate that would allow Dennis to add employees each year and venture into new services. In 1990 they moved to a larger location in Banco Industrial Park, and later to their current 3,000 square foot facility along Route 30, next to Aquadoc Pools in North Huntingdon.
“We do a lot of hand-holding with our customers,” explained owner Dennis Pennington. “From the beginning, the core of my business has been service. If we had not provided the service, we would not have earned our customers’ loyalty. Even today, if you have a problem with an item that is under warranty, we will order the part and replace it at no charge.” Many other stores would simply refer you to the manufacturer. Perhaps that attitude toward service is why The Office Connection has experienced such success.
Dennis Pennington has always been active in the Norwin Community. Three time president of the Kiwanis Club, he served as Chairman of the Board for the Norwin Chamber of Commerce from 2000 to 2002, as a Norwin Band Aid for nine years, Chairperson of the Norwin Band Festival, Chairperson of the annual Classic Car Cruise at Kerber’s Dairy, and as a PAL coach for girl’s softball, just to name a few. His favorite hobby is restoring antique cars, specifically MGs. He has a 1952 MGTD, a 1960 MGA, and a 1964 MGB.
